Stephanie Mapp, SPHR-SCP is a Benefits Manager at Aaron’s, a leader in the lease ownership of name brand furniture. Stephanie has both U.S. and international experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. In addition to private companies, Stephanie has worked with HR Outsourcing organizations where she has implemented, administered, and had exposure to a variety of Employer Health & Welfare plans. She enjoys her career as a Senior Level People Manager which allows her to support others as they reach for their goals.

Martina Poet is Benefits Administrator for Messer Construction Co., administering group health benefit plans for more than 1,400 employees across five states. As a SHRM Certified Professional, she leads the company’s open enrollment process, facilitates annual ACA filings, and manages Wellness Committee meetings, communications and reimbursements. Recently, Martina led the implementation of Messer’s new financial wellness vendor, co-managed the company’s COVID-19 emergency support policy, and co-led a class on interpersonal skills for craft professionals. Martina is a member of the Greater Dayton American Heart Association Board of Directors; she also supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and coaches a local running group.

Kelley Elliott, Managing Director of Global Rewards at Delta, leads a team of HR professionals responsible for worldwide compensation, retirement, healthcare and mobility programs at Delta Air Lines. Kelley joined Delta in 2018 with responsibility for global compensation and retirement programs and has since expanded her role to include healthcare benefits for Delta’s 90,000 global employees. She is currently leading an effort to transform Delta’s U.S. healthcare benefits.

Prior to joining Delta, Kelley held a similar total rewards leadership position at UPS and consulted with Willis Towers Watson for 15+ years with a focus on benefits.

Currently, Kelley serves as chair for the Atlanta Go Red for Women Campaign for the American Heart Association.

Kelley is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and graduated from Vanderbilt University, cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics. Kelley lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Mark, and 10-year-old twin boys, Ben and Drew.
