Seth Goldenberg
Author, “Radical Curiosity: Questioning Commonly Held Beliefs to Imagine Flourishing Futures”Seth Goldenberg is an artist, curator, entrepreneur, and activist who has spent his life harnessing the practice of questioning to catalyze audacious business innovation and cultural change. He is the founder and CEO of Curiosity & Co., an experience design group based on the island of Jamestown, Rhode Island. Goldenberg founded the Ideas Salons, invitational thought leader retreats that have been attended by more than 2,500 VIP guests to take on the essential questions of our time.
Since founding Curiosity & Co., Goldenberg has led a series of high-profile projects with organizations such as Apple, American Express, Boston University, and ConocoPhillips to help build their capacity for ambitious change. He was previously the interim chief marketing officer for tourism of the state of Rhode Island; chief design officer of the biotech Intarcia Therapeutics; vice president of Bruce Mau Design, where he led major client engagements with the Oprah Winfrey Network, Walt Disney Imagineering, and the city of Denver; founder and curator of the digital media festival for the President Obama 2008 Democratic National Convention; deputy director of the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver; and founder of the Center for Public Engagement at the Rhode Island School of Design.
Goldenberg has been a featured speaker to audiences such as SXSW, the College Art Association, Brown University, Duke University, Virginia Tech University, and Florida State University. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, Wired, The Chronicle of Higher Education, and The Boston Globe.
