As Director of Strategic Growth, Chelsie Mackey has the privilege of sharing the mission and vision behind Cariloop every day and educating others about the need for caregiver support. A true storyteller at heart, she enjoys working with HR & Benefits teams to hear their unique stories and what they are experiencing and sharing with them how Cariloop and its amazing Care Coaches can support their employees. Chelsie graduated from Harding University with a degree in marketing, and enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling the world.

Melinda Stroda is a clinically licensed social worker with a focus as a mental health therapist and has spent the majority of her career working with families, children and young adults in hospital and educational settings. She also understands firsthand the process and hardships of being a caregiver, having been one of the primary caregivers for her brother who was diagnosed with cancer. As a Care Coach at Cariloop, Melinda has the privilege of working with families and meeting them where they are at to understand their needs and support them in whatever caregiving challenges they are facing. Outside of the Loop, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her eight nieces and nephews, as well as traveling and snow skiing.

Emily McCrary-Ruiz-Esparza is a freelance journalist and From Day One contributing editor who writes about work, the job market, and women’s experiences in the workplace. Her work has appeared in the BBC, The Washington Post, Quartz at Work, Fast Company, and Digiday’s Worklife.
