Shweta Kurvey-Mishra is the VP of organizational and talent development at WM, North America's largest comprehensive waste-management environmental solutions provider. Previously known as Waste Management and based in Houston, Texas, WM is driven by commitments to put people first and achieve success with integrity.

Heather Wollerman is Vice President, Talent Management & Chief DEI Officer at McGraw-Hill Education. Prior to her current role Heather led global talent programs within EnPro and oversaw talent programs including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Assessment, Executive Succession and Diversity & Inclusion.

Additionally, Heather was responsible for Corporate Office Human Resources including executive, leader and employee support. Heather has over 20 years of manufacturing industry experience in a variety of Human Resources roles including Leadership Development, Recruiting, Change Management, Employee Relations, Labor Relations and General HR Business Support. Heather held leadership roles at SPX Corporation, ATI Specialty Metals as well as the Goodrich Corporation. 

Heather obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. She resides in Charlotte with her two daughters Emma (10) and Abby (9). She enjoys competitive rowing (crew), and running as well as traveling the world.

Eric Saidel is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Katharine “Kat” Anderson is the Director of HR for the Corporate Division of Scientific Games. In this role, she provides strategic advice and counsel to the corporate leadership and their teams around HR related areas of focus. Katharine also leads key areas of focus on diversity, equity and inclusion at Scientific Games. Katharine is responsible for providing oversight and driving initiatives within DEI that ensure the company’s culture and processes are inclusive and provide all employees the opportunity to contribute to the business goals of the company.

Katharine has been with Scientific Games since 2010 and prior to her current role she served in several other leadership roles at Scientific Games within the administrative and compliance-related functions in corporate human resources. During her tenure with Scientific Games she also served as the corporate HR representative for the Integration Management Office and was actively involved in two large integrations over the past several years.

Prior to joining Scientific Games, Katharine worked in HR leadership positions at several companies including Kellogg, Brown & Root and Perini Building Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of South Florida and was honored as a distinguished alumnus for the department of psychology in October 2017.
