Gina Nebesar is the cofounder and Chief Product Officer of Ovia Health, the leading women’s and family health technology company. She leads product development and marketing, and has scaled the solutions to over 15 million women and families globally. Gina is also an Ovia mom of two and women’s health ambassador with over 50 million views of her Ovia Pregnancy video series chronicling her journey to motherhood.

Prior to Ovia Health, Gina was the founder of Automatic Apparel, an automated retail company for electronics and apparel sold through vending machines located in international airports and transportation hubs - featured in the Boston Herald, Martha Stewart Show, CNN, and USA Today.

Gina began her career in engineering and manufacturing at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, supervising assembly line production of spaceflight hardware.

Jorgen has for the last 5 years been the Vice President Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility for the Saint-Gobain Group, which is a global company with 170.000 employees in 70 countries. He came into this role after having been HR Director of one of the large regions of the group, in order to bring more customer focus and internationalization to the global function. He joined the HR department 10 years ago from a background of being managing director of international businesses, in order to bring business and HR closer together. Jorgen has lived and worked in 5 countries and enjoys international organizations and cultures. With his business background he is very focused on the customer perspective. Based on this he has also created a start-up called The-Birch-Tree, focusing on Customer-Focused Benefits Solutions.

Guillaume Bagal serves as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at United Natural Foods, Inc., the largest distributor of natural products in North America. In this role, Bagal advances UNFI’s commitment to be a company that promotes equity, celebrates diversity, and supports justice in the communities it serves.

Bagal most recently served as head of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI), a nationally recognized health insurance company. Through an ability to create internal partnerships, Bagal helped refine BCBSRI’s internal and external DEI efforts, and earned the Rhode Island Black Business Association’s Diversity Champion Award in 2019. In 2020, Bagal was also appointed to Rhode Island Governor’s Equity Council, to help address inequities witnessed through the COVID-19 pandemic, and inform Rhode Island’s reopening plan.

Prior to BCBSRI, Bagal served as associate director of policy at Whitman-Walker Health, and director of policy at the Center for Global Health & Diplomacy. He also has extensive community leadership experience and currently serves on several boards, including City Year Providence, Amos House, and the Rhode Island Public Health Institute, where he chairs the community advisory and advocacy group for Open Door Health (Rhode Island’s first LGBTQ health center). He also previously served as president of the GLAA (Gay and Lesbian Activist Alliance), the nation’s oldest continuously active gay and lesbian civil rights organization.

Bagal is fluent in French, English and two African dialects and holds two master’s degrees: Master of Healthcare Administration from George Mason University and Master of Sociology from East Carolina University, receiving high honors from both schools. He earned his undergraduate degree in French and biology from East Carolina University. Bagal resides in Providence, RI with his husband, Bobby Gondola, Jr.

Louis Amis is responsible for the strategic oversight and management for the City of Atlanta Employee Benefits Programs (Insurance, Pension Services, Wellness and Leave Management). He is responsible for providing strategic directions for 15 Fulltime Staff of Insurance Services personnel that manages $155 million-dollar annual insurance budget with over 22,000 covered employees/retirees and dependents.

Also, Louis has established health and wellness program that included mobile nurse program, monthly lunch and learns sessions, quarterly blood drives, citywide health fairs. This included a designed and constructed 16 onsite free state of the art fitness centers for City Employees along with a $4million dollar state of the art Employee Wellness Center.

Sabina Gebczyk is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging not only in the workplace but also in our communities. For her it’s a deeply personal calling. She currently serves as a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Lead at Ingredion Inc. She is responsible for leading design, development and execution of Ingredion's global DEI initiative, and ensuring alignment to the business goals and objective.

Prior to joining Ingredion Inc. she served as Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager at Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). In her role, Sabina worked closely with the senior management to develop and sustain an environment of inclusion and also managed the CHA’s Community Alliance partnership. Prior to joining CHA, Sabina had eight years of non-profit work experience in international fundraising, refugee resettlement, housing, and global development.

Sabina was born and raised in Poland, and immigrated to the U.S. on her own when she was eighteen to seek better education opportunities. Sabina holds a M.S. in Peace Operations from George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government and B.A.  in International Relations from Webster University. She also serves on the board of New Leaders Council Chicago Chapter.
