Darci Hall
ProvidenceAs Chief Talent Officer Darci Hall is part of Providence Health System HR and Talent Organization where she is responsible for setting strategic direction for the experience our caregivers consume with solutions supporting Talent Management, Learning, Organizational Design and Experience. Ms. Hall and her team work closely with caregivers and our executives to ensure that these caregiver-centric solutions enable workforce excellence today and into the future and create an experience where our caregivers and core leaders want to stay and grow.
Darci is an award-winning author who has led teams that have earned over 13 learning Innovation industry awards- most recently a Gold Brandon Hall award in the future of work for her implementation of new learning designs and tools that increased workforce engagement and saved millions of dollars."
Prior to this role, Darci was Senior VP, Global Learning Services, Darci Hall was part of Xerox’s Human Capital Services Capabilities Group where she was responsible for developing, growing, and delivering high impact learning solutions for Xerox’s clients, as well as its internal workforce. Ms. Hall and her team worked closely with clients to ensure that these learner-centric solutions enable workforce excellence today and into the future. In addition to solution development and delivery, Darci manages expansion of Xerox’s learning services via strategic acquisitions and global partnerships.
Ms. Hall began her career in Corporate Training and Development in the Finance sector as a trainer and eventually worked her way up to leading Corporate Training and Development for several Fortune 500 companies. She has been working in the field of Organization Development and Workforce Performance for 25 years and has created over 20+ programs in leadership, professional development, and technical curriculum.
Darci is an active member in ATD and PMI. She has spoken at several conferences on Digital learning and its impact on Learning Design, information quality, evaluations and design of curriculum for global companies. Additionally, Darci did author a monthly column for Training Magazine on the topic of succession planning for the Federal workforce, as well as a bi-monthly column on the same topic for ATD’s newsletter, ATD Links.
Ms. Hall received her degree from Oregon State University in Communication and Broadcast Media. She also has certifications in Instructional Design, Systems Engineering, Project Management and Technical Training.
She currently resides in Portland Oregon with her husband and two children Cooper and Cole.
