Jessica Huertas RNC-OB has served for more than a decade on our Advocacy Team supporting Women's
Health. Before Accolade, Jessica spent almost 15 years administering nursing care in the specialties of
Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby and High Risk Maternity care, as well as GYN-Surgery. Now, she leads a

diverse team of highly skilled Women's Health Care Managers and Specialty Health Assistants
supporting our members through their family planning and pregnancy journeys. Jessica resides in
Bethlehem, PA with her fiancé and family and enjoys gardening, running and learning to golf.

Mary Lasky is an employee-centered leader with extensive experience leading the development and
implementation of benefits programs that attract talent and optimize the employee experience. As the
director of benefits for Accolade, she designs and oversees programs in the US and Canada related to
medical, dental, vision, retirement, time away, mental health, financial wellbeing, caregiving, disability,
life insurance and voluntary benefits. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and dog, owns
four different kinds of bicycles and is always up for an adventure.

As the Senior Manager of events and webinars at Accolade, Katie spends her days creating engaging in-person and virtual experiences for HR and benefits professionals. She joined Accolade in 2021 after spending 3 years creating events in learning and development and, before that, doing marketing in the fashion industry. As a lifelong learner, Katie enjoys being able to learn from some of the industry’s top professionals alongside the audience. After moderating over 100 webinars, she strives to develop content that evokes emotion, connection, and audience engagement.

Katie graduated with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
