Jamie Hillegass is the Director of Talent, Development and Learning at White Cap. She has 10 years in the Leadership and Org Design space across multiple industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Org Design from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Christine Doucet joined the Ace Foundation team in 2012 to manage and grow all retailer fundraising initiatives related to Ace’s two national charitable partners, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the American Red Cross. Since then she has held various roles in the Foundation and currently serves as the director, overseeing all corporate, vendor and retailer fundraising as well as the Ace Helpful Fund, Ace’s employee emergency assistance fund. In early 2019, Christine also took on Employee Engagement for Ace Hardware and is leading the engagement strategy for the organization as well as the annual engagement survey.

Prior to joining Ace, Christine worked at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare on both the PR and foundation teams, managing all events for the health system and serving as a media spokesperson.

Christine holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Iowa.

Micha is the Technology Leader within HUB’s HR Consulting Services practice.  Micha oversees the team of HCM Technology professionals who  support clients through all aspects of HCM Analysis, System Selection, Project Management, Implementation and Training. She believes in providing exceptional service and is a proven invaluable resource to her teams and clients.

Micha has over 20 years of  HCM, Human Resource, Benefits and Payroll experience across a wide range of industries and client types.  She has implemented and supported a variety of HCM systems as well as payroll, benefits and time & attendance systems.

Prior to joining HUB, Micha led a team of HCM project managers, data analysts and payroll administrators who provided implementation, project management, system support and outsourced payroll services to clients on a variety of HCM systems.  She played a key role in developing the department’s service model, standard operating protocols and quality auditing processes.

Micha is a certified Project Management Professional, certified Ceridian Dayforce Professional and certified ADP HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance Specialist.

Lydia Dishman is Fast Company’s senior editor for growth and engagement. She has also written for CBS Moneywatch, Fortune, The Guardian, Popular Science, and the New York Times, among others.

Laura has over 20 years of experience within HR and Business Operations. She has grown her HR career at the intersection of technology and professional services within IBM and Avanade. She passionately believes that the true power of technology can only be realized by unleashing the full potential of world class talent who can translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for clients.

In addition to her commitment for attracting, developing and retaining the best technical talent in the market, Laura is relentlessly focused on improving diversity and inclusion within the workforce, with an emphasis on advancing female representation in early career stages through STEM. Laura graduated with a Science degree from NC State University and taught Science education prior to pursuing her career in HR.

When not working, Laura is supporting her teenage daughter’s dream of professional surfing as she travels across the US and Central / South America in pursuit of the best waves and opportunities to compete globally.
