Dr. Eric Bricker is an internal medicine physician who graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dr. Bricker then worked in private practice as a hospitalist physician with the Baylor Scott & White Hospital System.

Additionally, Dr. Bricker is the former Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Compass Professional Health Services. Compass is a Healthcare Navigation service that grew to 1.8 million members across 2,000+ clients including T-Mobile, Southwest Airlines and Chili's Restaurants. Compass was acquired by Alight Solutions in July 2018. Alight is a 10,000-person employee benefits and HR outsourcing company that separated from Aon in 2017. Dr. Bricker is also a healthcare finance expert and produces healthcare finance education videos on his personal platform, AHealthcareZ.

Scott is an experienced entrepreneur and operator of investor-backed healthcare companies. He joined Renalogic in August 2021 as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he is responsible for the company's commercial growth. In that capacity, Scott leads the company's go-to-market, revenue generation and client acquisition functions. 

Prior to Renalogic, Scott drove an industry-wide effort to redefine the physician referral management process as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Fibroblast, Inc., a venture-funded company he led from concept to successful acquisition by Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN) in October 2020. He began his career as an attorney representing Fortune 1000 companies and financial services firms in complex commercial litigation. Scott lives in Chicago with his wife and children. 

Dr. Alyssa McGonagle an Associate Professor of Psychological Science and Organizational Science at UNC Charlotte. Dr. McGonagle’s research focuses on worker health, safety, and well-being, with an emphasis on promoting work ability and quality of work life for workers with chronic health conditions. Dr. McGonagle has received funding for her research from the Institute of Coaching, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the SIOP Foundation, and has published her research in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, among others. She is an Associate Editor at Occupational Health Science. Dr. McGonagle serves as an external member of the Health Work Design Committee for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and is Division 14 Program Chair for the American Psychological Association Annual Convention.
