Sofia Moll is the Head of Global Talent Management at HiBob, with over a decade of experience in talent management and learning programs. Previously, she has led talent processes across four different countries, in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including driving talent strategies at CAIS and various Teach For All partners. Navigating multiple cultural contexts, Sofia has successfully developed inclusive, individual-focused environments that celebrate diversity. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, scuba diving, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

Currently, as the Sr. Director of Talent Management at Flashpoint, Lane manages the global talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management.
