Jennifer Lindskoog has been with Nox Health for 11 years and is a member of the leadership team; joining Nox after working in leadership positions at multinational corporations, including The Coca-Cola Company and Xerox Corporation. She has three decades of experience working in employer environments delivering technology and business solutions, and leading business units. Jennifer currently leads Client Success, supporting clients from implementation through the entire client lifecycle, to deliver on the Nox Health promise of operational excellence, accountability and optimizing outcomes for clients and their enrolled populations.

Stephen Cohan has an extensive background as a senior leader in market-facing roles across the health care benefits industry. Mr. Cohan retired in 2016 from CVS Health, where he was responsible for enterprise health plan strategy, following a long tenure as the head of the health plan segment for CVS Caremark. Prior to that, he led the sales and service segment for WebMD Health, focused on health and wellness offerings for the employer market. Mr. Cohan spent more than a decade with Medco, one of the nation’s leading pharmacy benefits managers, where he was responsible for the national accounts segment, including large health plans and Fortune 500 employers. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohan was responsible for sales and account services for a healthcare marketing organization focused on the hospital segment. Mr. Cohan is a graduate of Connecticut College and lives in Barrington with his family. He is an advisor for the Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and sits on the board of New England Distance.org, a not-for-profit running club that provides after-school programs to middle schools in Rhode Island in track and field and cross-country.

He now serves as the Vice Chairman of BCBS of Rhode Island. In his current role, he oversees Nox Health’s sales and marketing initiatives in the direct employer and channel partner segments. Prior to his current role as EVP of Commercial Markets for Nox, he had been consulting for a variety of mid-stage growth organizations focused in the health care services, focusing on expansion in market share and profitability.

Dr. Ong is a clinical psychologist and a Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. He most recently worked at Northwestern University in the Feinberg School of Medicine, where he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology (Sleep Medicine), Medical Social Sciences, and Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Ong has established himself as a leading authority in behavioral sleep medicine with expertise in mindfulness and sleep health, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) and the integration of behavioral sleep medicine across multiple sleep and medical conditions. Over his 17-year academic career, he has received over $10 million in research support and is credited in over 100 publications. He is also the past president of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and serves on the medical advisory board of several hypersomnia patient organizations.

As the Director of the Clinical Science and Applied Analytics Team, Dr. Ong is responsible for overseeing research operations demonstrating the impact of Nox's medical programs. This includes partnerships with academic researchers on two NIH-funded research studies that are investigating the impact of treating sleep apnea on stroke recovery.

Dr. Ong received his PhD in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a fellowship in Behavioral Sleep Medicine at Stanford University.
