She has 28 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on civil and transportation projects. Melissa served as a field engineer, project engineer, project superintendent and project manager for Sundt’s Transportation Group before transitioning to the administrative talent development team in 2017.

He previously led strategic staffing, compensation, and human resource information technology for the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to running his own human resource consulting business for several years, Paul had a long career at Oriental Trading Company, where he last served as Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Facilities. Paul also served as Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Development at Pamida, Inc., now part of Shopko.
