Rachel is a seasoned Product Marketer with a passion for solving people’s problems at work.  Since joining HiBob three years ago, Rachel has worked hand-in-hand with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure HR professionals are able to spend less time on busy work and more time creating business impact for people-first companies. 

 Keren Kozar, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior People & Culture Partner at HiBob, specializing in supporting the Americas market with a primary focus on the Customer Success and Marketing divisions. With over a decade of HR expertise, Keren has demonstrated proficiency across various HR verticals, including management coaching, talent development, recruiting, DEI, and compensation & benefits. As the former Head of HR at January Digital, a boutique digital marketing agency, her people leadership facilitated an impressive 5x company growth and 30% increase in retention. Beyond her professional endeavors, Keren finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, 3-year-old daughter, and dog, Maestro — with a second child due in a couple months! Her passions outside of work include travel, cooking, live music, and reading.
