Casey has been committed to improving the world of work for more than a decade. In 2010, he founded a tech recruiting firm with the lofty ambition of fixing recruitment on a global scale. Over the next few years that company became EQIQ, and Attuned one of its keystone businesses, all with a combined mission of blending humanity with data to create purposeful and frictionless work lives.

Casey holds an MBA, is fluent in Japanese, produced the first startup-themed feature film in Japan (Startup Girls, released in 2019), and is the author of two books of interviews with Japanese entrepreneurs,  2015’s #1 best-selling  未来をつくる起業家 (Eng. The Quiet Comeback) and  2018’s 未来をつくる起業家 vol 2.  His top three intrinsic motivators are competition, rationality and autonomy.

Vivian Greentree, Ph.D., is a Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Citizenship and President of the Fiserv Cares Foundation at Fiserv, where she has created award winning employee-centric programming while driving diversity and inclusion and community investment efforts and culture-development. In her current role, Vivian oversees the strategy and implementation of Fiserv’s strategic philanthropic, diversity and inclusion, employee and community engagement efforts. Vivian joined Fiserv through the Fiserv acquisition of First Data in 2019, where she served in the same capacity. Before launching First Data’s Office of Corporate Citizenship, she joined First Data as the Head of Military and Veteran Affairs in February 2014. In that role Vivian created First Data Salutes, a company-wide military engagement strategy to provide the military community with access to career opportunities and best-in-class education resources, while offering premier business solutions to veteran-owned businesses. In recognition of First Data’s success under Vivian’s leadership, First Data was ranked #1 on Military Times’ Best for Vets: Employers in 2017 2018, and again in 2019. Prior to joining First Data, Vivian co-founded Blue Star Families, the largest national military family organization in the country where she created and oversaw BSF’s groundbreaking and now annual Military Family Lifestyle Survey, which examines a broad spectrum of issues affecting modern-day military families, including a military community civic health index.

Vivian is a Navy veteran and military spouse with nearly 2 decades of leadership experience across public, non-profit, and private sectors. In 2019 she was accepted into the prestigious Presidential Leadership Scholar program, designated a City of Alexandria “40 Under 40,” and was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as a “Veteran Who Means Business.” In 2020, she was awarded Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Vivian is dedicated to creating positive spaces for citizens to thrive and firmly believes organizations and communities are powered by people and that human capital management is the key for effective organizations and a flourishing, civically engaged society. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dog Tag Bakery, a veteran entrepreneurship incubator, is on the Board of Advisors for Girl Scouts of America’s Greater Atlanta Council, and the Alumni Association Advisory Board for the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. Most recently, she joined the Board of Directors for the Red Cross of Georgia. She is a proud military spouse, married to a Naval Aviator, and together they have two boys, ages 16 and 13.

Allison serves as the Head of Diversity & Social Responsibility for Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with over $13 billion in equity capital invested in restaurant and retail consumer brands such as OrangeTheory Fitness, Jamba Juice, Arby’s and Sonic. The portfolio has over $37 billion in system-wide sales, 36,000 locations in 81 countries, and employs 670,000 people. Allison is responsible for developing and leading Roark’s initiatives related to diversity and inclusion and philanthropic giving and community service.

Allison previously served on the executive team at one of Roark’s portfolio companies, Miller’s Ale House, as the Vice President of Marketing, where she led the re-branding and re-positioning of the 80-unit chain. Prior, she held global and domestic brand and marketing roles with the Coca-Cola Co. and Sprint, as well as developing and launching two start-up concepts in the retail and restaurant industries. Allison earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Cornell University, where she is currently serving a six-year appointed term and is on the Steering Committee for the President’s Council of Cornell Women to advance and champion women. She also serves on the board of the Michelle McGann Fund, which advocates for diabetic children. Allison has been married to her college sweetheart, Geoff, for 25 years. They have two daughters, 18 and 15, and 3 dogs. Allison also loves live music, cooking, traveling, running, reading and sometimes just doing nothing.

Seth Green was appointed Dean of the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies on July 1, 2021.

Before joining Graham, Green served as Founding Director of the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago. During his tenure, the Center launched a top-ranked specialty MBA program, a globally significant award for social innovation in business, and an array of educational programs that annually engage more than 4,000 learners. Green also served as an Executive Lecturer in Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business, teaching classes on social entrepreneurship and receiving recognition as the Mission-Driven Faculty Member of the Year in 2021.

Prior to Loyola, Green led Youth & Opportunity United (Y.O.U.), a nonprofit organization that prepares low-income youth for post-secondary and life success. At Y.O.U., Green oversaw the fourfold expansion of programs and a $16.4 million fundraising campaign to build a state-of-the-art youth center. He also spearheaded two strategic planning processes, resulting in an enhanced program model and deepened impact. Alongside Y.O.U., Green taught courses on nonprofit management as an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University.

Earlier in his career, Green worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, guiding private sector clients through strategy development and change management. A recipient of McKinsey’s Community Fellowship, he spent one year of his time at the firm supporting nonprofit clients, including the Gates Foundation and United Way.

Green speaks and writes on social innovation. His commentaries and research have appeared in the Christian Science Monitor, Fortune Magazine, the Journal of Business Research, and the Social Innovations Journal, and he serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Business and Society Review. Green has been a featured guest on Slate Podcasts, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, MSNBC, and CNN, and his efforts have been covered by the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Chronicle of Higher Education. In 2008, Utne Reader named him one of 50 “Visionaries Who Are Changing Your World.”

Green is civically engaged in Chicago, serving on the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of Metro Chicago, the Impact Investing Advisory Council of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, the Advisory Board of Concordia Place, the Reception Committee of the Economic Club of Chicago, and the Advisory Board of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

A Marshall Scholar, Green holds a J.D. from Yale University, a master’s in women’s studies from Oxford University, a master’s in development studies from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University.

Kemba Hendrix serves as the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Kemba is working to cultivate an inclusive environment in the House, with a workforce that reflects the diversity of the country they serve.

Kemba boasts an accomplished background, having dedicated her career to education, conflict resolution, and the implementation of equal employment opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds. She has worked in several capacities and across multiple agencies to foster diverse, inclusive workplace environments.

Prior to her appointment by Speaker Pelosi as the inaugural Director of the House Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Kemba served as the Director of the House Democratic Diversity Initiative, where she focused on increasing House Democratic workforce diversity and expanding opportunities for diversity candidates at all House staff levels.

Kemba holds a Bachelor degree from Xavier University and Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. Since completing her education, she has worked within several organizations prior to joining the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, including: the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of State as a legal advisor to the Chief Diversity Officer and Office of Civil Rights, and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as an adviser regarding performance management, Civilian Senior Executive Service policy and procedures.
