Allison Lyons, SHRM-SCP is a VP of Human Resources (HR) at Frontier Communications. Allison has worked in HR for 27 years.  She previously worked at the world’s largest bank, JPMorgan Chase along with the investment banking organization, Robert W. Baird & Company. Additionally, she worked at healthcare companies Tenet Health and Mayo Clinic and the car manufacturer Toyota North America. Allison had led in many facets of HR including Talent, Employment Branding, Contingent Workforce, Recruitment Strategies, HR Business Partner Teams, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Development. Allison has led HR work Globally and across the United States.

Allison earned a Master of Science in HR from the University of North Florida and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has the National HR Certification, as a Senior Professional in HR-SHRM-SCP. She was honored to present at one of  LinkedIN’s National Conferences, and selected as a Top Talent Acquisition Leader to watch Nationally. She has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Northeast Florida and the Dallas HR – SHRM organization.

Allison is married to Brian Lyons, a Director of Diversity in Plano ISD and a former High School Principal. She has two children, Brooke 11 years-old and Christian Lyons 16-years-old. She’s a diehard Green Bay Packers Fan.

Melissa Luff Loizides is vice president of talent at Zebra Technologies, a global leader in tracking technology and solutions that generate actionable information and insight by connecting people, assets and data, which gives companies unprecedented visibility into their business and a performance edge. Zebra, headquartered in Lincolnshire, Ill., empowers people on the front line of business in retail, health care, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and other industries.

Melissa has nearly 25 years of experience within the technology and finance industries and has provided HR leadership throughout multiple merger and acquisition engagements including the Motorola acquisition of Symbol Technologies and the Zebra acquisition of the enterprise division from Motorola Solutions. Over her career, she has partnered with C-suite executives across multiple organizations and teams. In her current role, Melissa is leading Zebra’s Global HR Business Partners collaborating with our executive leadership and their organizations to “Shape the Future of Zebra through the Power of People.”

Melissa joined Symbol Technologies, Inc. in 2004 as HR business partner for engineering and product management, following her many years at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Equities Division. During Melissa’s tenure, she held numerous HR business partner roles of increasing responsibility and scope with leaders across multiple functions. She was selected for a six-month rotation to partner with and support the Motorola Solutions Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in 2011. In 2014 with Zebra’s acquisition of the MSI Enterprise business, Melissa was a core HR team member leading the effort to “carve out” nearly 4,500 employees and assets of the Enterprise business that were acquired by Zebra Technologies. Since the acquisition, Melissa has held roles of increasing responsibility leading to the merging of all global HRBP’s under her leadership in April 2021.

Melissa holds a bachelor of arts in history and a master of science in management with a concentration in HR management from St. Joseph’s College. She is a certified KF360 coach, and a member of the School Business Partnerships of Long Island, First Long Island Board of Directors. She resides in East Patchogue, NY, with her husband and two children.

A. Denise Malloy, Vice President Diversity & Inclusion, provides strategic and day-to-day operational leadership on all global equity, diversity and inclusion programs, and practices across the 150 countries where Johnson Controls conducts business. She is responsible for the optimal attraction, development and retention for diverse talent and infusing diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices into Johnson Controls products, outreach and philanthropy. Denise is the architect of the newly designed Johnson Controls Diversity & Inclusion mission, vision and roadmap. She has led the effort to empower every Johnson Controls employee to play an active role in diversity & inclusion. This work has landed Johnson Controls on the Forbes 2021 list of Best Companies for Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this role, Mrs. Malloy held numerous sales leadership and business development roles within Johnson Controls where she emerged as a repeat Master of Sales performer.

In her prior role as Vice President and General Manager of a global business unit, she implemented growth strategies and customer experience for one of Johnson Controls largest customers yielding year over year double digit growth.

Before coming to Johnson Controls, Denise became known as a sales strategist, market creator and gifted relationship builder. She thrived in numerous senior leadership and business development roles with Xerox Corporation, J.P. Morgan, and Enron. Denise serves on numerous non-profit and corporate boards all of which are dedicated to the causes of women and children. Her servant leadership is key to ensuring that she reaches
back, pulls forward and leaves a legacy of advocacy and support of others. Her corporate board experience is focused on breakthrough medical advances and aiding women and minority start-ups success.

A true champion of the people, Denise divides her time between family, business interests, community service, corporate boards, and philanthropy.
