Hilary Darnell is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Comcast Cable Corporation, a global media and technology company. She has worked in several areas of the company supporting talent acquisition operations, leadership development programs, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, and strategic retention programs. She started at Comcast in 2010 supporting the transformation of the corporate talent strategy and since then, has supported high-volume customer facing roles through executive level leadership, focusing on career development and engagement.
Prior to Comcast, Hilary worked for Blue Entertainment Sports Television for five years as an Event Director for the Kick It 3v3 Soccer tour. Kick it 3v3 is the first and largest grassroots small-sided soccer tournament tour in North America. During her time there, she partnered with organizations such as Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nintendo, and Nestle.
Hilary earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, certified Bates EXPI (Executive Presence) Assessment facilitator, and attended the WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) Rising Leaders Program. She currently lives in Denver, CO with her husband, Pete, and three year old daughter, Rylee.
