Over the past four years, he has worked with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies on their CSR strategies with a specific focus on how to maximize employee engagement through high-impact, scalable, volunteer programming. Ben speaks frequently on industry webinars, podcasts, and conferences about the future of corporate volunteerism, how to scale high-impact experiences and the success stories of companies reaching a new level of social impact. Ben is a graduate of the Sustainable Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School and continues to write about new and interesting ways companies can maximize social change. 

Tessa Edwards is the founder of and principal consultant at Edwards Social Impact Consulting, which supports companies to propel their social impact forward. For over 15 years, Tessa has worked with companies such as Charles Schwab, Comcast, Google, and PG&E to engage their employees, launch new programs, amplify community leaders, nurture nonprofit partnerships, and manage special events.

David Grubman leads the corporate sales functions at WizeHive with a focus on delivering employee giving and volunteer programs to companies. David has spent most of his career helping drive improved financial outcomes to consumers. With WizeHive he has worked with hundreds of companies to define their employee engagement through philanthropy programs. David is most passionate about environmental causes and resides in central California with his daughter, a cat, a dog, and, soon, a cow.
