Matt Cook is the Chief Commercial Officer of Firefly Health. Matt has over 14 years of leadership and sales experience in healthcare technology, specializing in virtual-first interventions for diabetes, mental health, and primary care. Prior to joining Firefly, Matt spent over a decade in commercial roles at pioneering healthcare startups like Omada Health, and several years advising employer benefits teams at Mercer Health & Benefits focusing on internal strategy.

Erik is an advisor / consultant working with employers, industry groups and health care providers in continuous pursuit of expanding access to quality, effective and affordable health care for all employees.

Erik retired from PepsiCo, Inc. in December of 2020 as Vice President, Global Benefits and Wellness where he led the strategy, design and financial optimization of health & insurance, retirement and wellness programs around the world.  In his 24 years at PepsiCo and its affiliate the Pepsi Bottling Group, he served in various roles in benefits, executive compensation, global mobility and HR operations. 

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Erik was a consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he provided actuarial and consulting services on pension, savings and retiree medical plans. Erik remains active in the benefits industry as a former Board member of the Business Group on Health where he was co-chair of the Workforce and Wellness Strategy Institute and a Board member of the Health Innovation Forum is currently a Senior Advisor of the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable.  He currently works with several healthcare companies as an Advisory Board member.
