As the Chief Learning Officer at Merck/MSD, Johann leads a global team of learning professionals who are passionate about creating and delivering learning solutions that enhance the capabilities, performance, and engagement of our employees and patients. He has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, as well as diverse and broad expertise in product development, product marketing, and engineering.

His mission is to foster a culture of learning, innovation, coaching, and mentoring that supports the strategic goals and vision of Merck/MSD. Johann leverages his skills and knowledge in digital capability, data strategy, technology deployment, and performance analysis to design and implement learning solutions that are aligned, effective, and scalable. 

Minh Pham-Costello brings over 17 years of financial services expertise, beginning her career at Bank of America in 2007 and progressing through various roles. Since 2015, she has held multiple positions at Santander, including Director of Learning Management for four years. Currently, she is Vice President, Business Management (HR Transformation) and serves as the National Communication Lead for EmpowHER, Santander’s Women’s Business Resource Group. Known for her fervent mentorship and advocacy, Minh tirelessly cultivates an environment where everyone can thrive and feel a profound sense of belonging.

Minh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University. She is a lifelong learner and strongly committed to personal, professional, and leadership development.

Migrating from Vietnam 20 years ago, Minh now resides in Abington, Massachusetts, with her husband Nick and son Lucas. They share a passion for travel and cruises and explore the world together.

Deeply involved in community service, Minh coaches small business owners and supports women through various programs. She is a member of the Chief community, the largest network of senior women executives, and serves as a board member for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. 

Amanda Grow is a seasoned professional with nearly 15 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D). As the Director of Customer Success at ETU, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Over the last three years at ETU, Amanda has spearheaded initiatives working closely with industry giants like Microsoft and Amazon to enhance their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) curriculum using immersive simulations. 

Amanda lives in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, with her two beautiful dogs and partner. Fun fact about Amanda: she collects Funko Pop figures and has over 400 in her collection!

Miguel Oliveira is the Senior HR Director supporting the Brand Management and Marketing teams at Danone North America. Originally from Brazil, he is a Psychologist by trade and certified coach with almost 20 years’ experience in HR, having held local, regional and global roles in different HR sub-systems and industries. As a HR Business Partner, Miguel is enthusiastic about translating business needs into people solutions, focusing on a holistic approach, strong relationships, and deep understanding of the business. He also has a strong passion for leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture, and DEI, pillars he believes are key for the success of any team and company, and therefore part of his everyday life in HR.
