Kathleen is the Vice President of Customer Success, for Carrot Fertility,  the leading global fertility benefits provider for multinational employers.

Kathleen is an experienced, empathetic and results oriented leader who has spent the past 23+ years focused on healthcare in the form of benefits, employee engagement, health outcomes, navigation and leadership. She has led consulting projects, channel strategies, and customer facing teams through her career with Humana, Limeade, Grand Rounds and now Carrot. She joined Carrot to help make fertility care accessible to more people.

In her personal time, Kathleen enjoys group exercise, spending time with her family and running organized races with her group of friends on the weekends.

Dani Fischer is the Vice President of Global Benefits, Rewards and Wellness at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In her 20-plus year career in Human Resources, Dani has primarily focused on the strategy, design and oversight of benefits and well-being programs.

As a leader in total rewards, Dani understands the important role these offerings play in attracting and retaining talent at HPE. Throughout her 10 years with the organization, Dani has worked to create an environment that fosters innovation, streamlining and simplification that allows team members to take care of what matters.

Rosanne is the VP, Total Rewards, North America at Mastercard.  She has multi-functional experience as a strategic HR business partner in Total Rewards.  Throughout her career she has provided solutions to complex total rewards challenges. She has a passion for designing benefits that drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity, while enabling the organizations vision.

Rosanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Manhattanville College - Purchase, NY
