Vijay is also the co-founder of Zinnov (a leading research & advisory firm) and TalentNeuron (acquired by CEB a Gartner Company (NYSE:IT)). Prior to co-founding Zinnov and TalentNeuron, Vijay held senior positions at Hewitt Associates and KPMG Consulting. He is passionate about translating business ideas into tangible Intellectual Property.

Kristi Robinson is an accomplished global HR executive with 20 years of Fortune 500™ experience, and an exceptional track record transforming organizations by developing their most valuable resource: PEOPLE. As the head of Talent Acquisition at Citizen's Bank, Kristi serves as Talent Advisor and Connector. She works tirelessly to marry top talent with the right opportunities at the right time, and to engage and inspire people who interact with Citizens. Kristi's career in HR leadership began at First Horizon Bank, where she served as Vice President of Recruiting and built a national recruiting function across 40 states. Later, she became Vice President of International HR at Express Scripts, a Fortune 50 healthcare company, where she directed and designed all aspects of human resource management. In 2013, Kristi founded KMR consulting, a firm focused on executive coaching and helping companies design and optimize their talent management strategies.
