Dan Finnigan has over twenty-five years of experience launching and growing internet businesses. Starting out as a newspaper reporter, Dan transitioned into the hiring industry, serving as an early board member of CareerBuilder. He went on to lead Yahoo HotJobs in the early 2000s before spending a decade as CEO of Jobvite. Dedicated to innovation within the hiring field, Dan joined skills-based AI hiring platform Filtered in March 2022 as CEO. Dan received a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Economics from the University of California, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School.

Ankur Saxena, an IIM & IIT alumni and has 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He heads Talent Fulfillment and Strategic Operations at Mphasis. He is viewed as industry thought leader and progressive thinker with keen eye for detail.

Being passionate about people leadership his entire career, Alec has worked with a range of organizations to help them optimize, transform, and grow.  From non-profits focused on building customer relationships to Fortune 500’s seeking to transform culture and re-design businesses, he has enjoyed a diverse background in business and human resources leadership over the last 20 years.  

Alec is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Computershare, a global leader in financial services with over 15,000 people worldwide and the world’s largest stock transfer agency,  where he is accountable for creating and executing a brand-differentiating talent acquisition strategy leading to outstanding engagement and performance.  He leads a team of talent professionals located in the US, Canada, UK, Continental Europe, South Africa, India, Australia and Asia.  

Alec holds a BA in English, a MA graduate degree in Human Resources Management and OD, certifications in human resources, coaching, talent management, assessments and graphic facilitation, and is a published author of What’s Next in Human Resources, Thought Leadership Series.  He enjoys spending time with his fiancé George, his teenage daughters, Mackenzie & Madeline, and their goldendoodle Max.
