Stephen Williamston, Jr.
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.At the age of 25, Stephen leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) function for the $4.2 billion Stanley Black & Decker Outdoor Business. In this role, he supports 8,000+ colleagues under global iconic brands such as Stanley Tools, DeWalt, Hustler, and Cub Cadet in over 60 countries.
Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Stephen held various roles at Korn Ferry where he did executive search, DE&I, Leadership Development, Organizational Strategy, and Talent Acquisition work.
Stephen has held various international roles in organizational consulting, finance, education, religion, and logistics in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.
Stephen also has over a decade of experience as a public speaker where he has been contracted by organizations as large as the United States Army to speak globally. Stephen served as the President of the Interfaith Collegiate Fellowship, an initiative of President Barack Obama that was created to encourage interfaith dialogue. Stephen later founded P3: The Pain of Preparing for Purpose, an organization founded in the Middle East to encourage intercultural and interfaith dialogue. Stephen also served as an Executive Assistant to the Director of the Hampton University Minister’s Conference, the largest African American minister’s conference in the world.
Mr. Williamston is currently a Ph.D. student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He earned his M.S. in International Business from Hult International Business School, Dubai and his B.S. in Business Administration with University Honors from Hampton University.
