Tami Pauly is currently leading an HR team as the Head of People, Americas at Condeco. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving and supporting the needs of the business and its people. As a previous sales leader turned HR leader, Tami is known for driving people strategies that attract, retain, and support growth within an organization. Her top priority is ensuring great culture and value within teams by taking a holistic approach to the end-to-end employee journey. She lives outside of Buffalo, NY with her family and can be found rooting for her beloved Bills on any given Sunday in the fall!
