Andrew founded RippleMatch to change the current system of early career recruiting: Instead of top employers only visiting and hiring students from prestigious schools, he wanted to make it possible for employers to build relationships with the right students from a wide variety of geographic, socioeconomic and racial backgrounds. Since launching, RippleMatch has helped millions of users from 1300 colleges and universities, and partners with hundreds of leading employers like eBay, EY, and Teach For America, raised $34M in venture funding, and built an incredibly passionate, tight-knit team of 120+ who care deeply about helping employers build diverse, high-performing teams and changing how Gen Z finds work.

Kate Beckman leads community engagement and talent insights at RippleMatch, a comprehensive platform for early career hiring. In her role at RippleMatch, Kate facilitates conversations and community among talent acquisition and campus recruiting leaders and publishes data-driven insights on the next generation of talent. Prior to her role at RippleMatch, Kate was the founder and Editor of a national online publication for college students, an expert speaker on Gen Z consumers, and a writer for Cosmopolitan's 'Careers' vertical.

Kelly Bourdet is the founder of Apparata Media, a content studio that works with health and technology brands and publications. She is the former Managing Editor of CNN Business and was the editor-in-chief of the technology and science publication Gizmodo. She was also the Deputy Editor of Refinery29, where she founded the site’s health and technology sections.
